Senior Manager, Tax Technology Implementation We are looking for a strategic and innovative leader to drive the digital transformation of a global tax function through technology, data, automation, and advanced analytics. This role will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive Tax Technology roadmap, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and scalable digital solutions across a complex international organization. What You'll Do Lead the Tax Technology strategy, design, and implementation to drive business outcomes, improve processes, and enhance stakeholder engagement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tax leaders, IT teams, and business partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that align with business objectives. Drive the development of a comprehensive Tax Technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Ensure the implementation of Tax Technology solutions is compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the tax function. What We're Looking For A strategic thinker with a strong understanding of tax technology trends and innovations. Proven experience in leading complex technology projects or programs, preferably in a tax or finance context. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes and improve processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are an asset.
