Senior Manager Strategy & Transformation (m/f/d)

What you can achieve with us

• You initiate and manage large strategy projects within the scope of transformation, including digitalization, business performance improvement, commercial excellence, and sustainability.

• You further develop the corporate strategy and the strategies of the respective business lines, including the development of business cases, the detailing of strategic options, and the setup of project teams.

• You act as a sparring partner for the business lines of the corporate group in the implementation of strategic measures and actively drive change management in transformation projects.

What you bring with you

  Your strong stakeholder and solution orientation, your high ability to implement and your enthusiasm distinguish you.

• Relevant experience in project management with demonstrable EBITDA impact,

• Experience in management consulting, M&A, or comparable is an advantage.

• Fluent English and German language skills are required for our project work.

• You hold a completed degree in economics, engineering, or law.

• But most importantly: You are passionate about what you do.

• Highly developed analytical skills as well as a high level of problem identification and solution competence complete your profile.

• Note:

  The salary indicated is an annual salary including fixed allowances, holiday pay, and annual performance (13th salary). The starting remuneration depends on your qualifications and professional experience. Compensation may increase through worked shifts. Additionally, depending on the achievement of shared company goals, you can look forward to a bonus.
