The Role: As Senior Manager - Strategy and Growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and expansion of Rupeek's business. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities, develop plans, and execute initiatives that align with our company's vision. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of Rupeek's business. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers. • Provide strategic guidance and support to the leadership team in making informed decisions. Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in fintech or financial services. • Strong understanding of the Indian gold market and its trends. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
