Senior Manager, SingHealth Technology Incubator

The SingHealth Technology Incubator (SCOUT) has the objective of nurturing promising research projects and accelerating their commercialisation and medical deployment through the creation of start-up companies. The incubator team works closely with in-house researchers and innovators from project conception to company formation. We leverage SingHealth's substantial research and innovation output to improve medical care by bringing promising drugs, devices, diagnostics, and software to market. The SCOUT team is responsible for identifying and supporting innovative projects that have the potential to positively impact healthcare outcomes. This includes providing mentorship, resources, and networking opportunities to help start-ups overcome challenges and achieve success. As a Senior Manager at SCOUT, you will be expected to lead and manage a team of incubator staff, including project managers, business development specialists, and research scientists. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive the growth and success of start-up companies within the incubator portfolio. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth in a fast-paced environment.
