Job description
Responsibilities
▪ You independently manage, optimize, and develop existing customer projects for well-known brands in various verticals (Beauty, E-Commerce, B2B)
▪ You conduct keyword research, create and optimize texts according to SEO best practices in different formats, and handle content entry using a CMS
▪ You independently conduct SEO and competitor analyses, conceptualize and implement content as well as on-page and off-page measures
▪ You develop SEO strategies and plan the use of SEO, tracking & reporting tools
▪ You support your clients in launch, relaunch, and migration projects
▪ You independently lead and design consulting appointments, training sessions, workshops, and presentations, both internally and externally
The independent development of cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for your clients is a matter close to your heart
▪ You are involved in new customer acquisition and contribute to the development of new agency products and services
▪ You independently manage budget and measures planning for your clients and work closely with our account managers
▪ You monitor SEO trends, stay up-to-date with industry-relevant developments, and proactively advise your clients accordingly
Qualifications
▪ You have relevant experience as an SEO Manager and naturally possess a very good understanding of text and language
▪ Customer-specific strategy development is not new to you, and you think holistically across SEO and content
▪ If you also have experience in UX and/or AI prompting, you are our "all-rounder"
▪ You want to help shape and realize SEO and content trends as a first mover
▪ You quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and projects and work independently and autonomously. Agency experience is an advantage
▪ Customer wishes are your credo, and you can empathize well with their requirements and desires without losing sight of the company goals
▪ You are proficient in the common MS Office programs and SEO tools such as GSC, GA, Sistrix, etc.
▪ You possess C2 German and very good English skills
