We're seeking a Senior Manager - Security Operations (Detection and Response) to lead our efforts in detecting and responding to potential threats. As a key member of our Information Security Team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and mitigate risks, as well as ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for detecting and responding to potential threats, including threat hunting, incident response, and vulnerability management. - Lead and manage a team of security engineers and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the success of our security operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize security risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement controls to minimize risk. - Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in the cybersecurity landscape, and adapt our strategies accordingly. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, IT teams, and other departments. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices for information security. - Provide regular reporting and metrics to senior management on security performance, risk posture, and incident response. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on detection and response. - Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective security strategies. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with threat intelligence platforms, incident response tools, and vulnerability management systems. - Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices for information security.
