For our national and international rollout, transformation, and implementation projects in the SAP S/4HANA environment, we are currently looking for Principal Consultants (m/f/d) and Managers (m/f/d) with a focus on Finance.

What awaits you

• Planning, steering, execution, and controlling of international SAP ERP & S/4HANA implementation, transformation, and rollout projects with a focus on FI/CO

• Subject matter expert for the definition of end-to-end processes

• Implementation of new solutions and strategies for optimizing our customers' (global) SAP systems

• Analysis, design, and implementation of business processes

• Identification and proactive handling of problems, including the development of solution proposals, taking economic and capacity-related aspects into account

• Support in presales and in the establishment and expansion of our customer relationships

• Contribution to corporate development and the further development of our project management methodology

• Depending on role and function: Leadership and professional development of team members

What we wish for

• Successfully completed university degree (e.g., in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) or comparable qualification

• Many years of experience in the conception, execution, control, and management of SAP ERP projects (focus on Finance), as well as initial knowledge in SAP S/4HANA

• Experience in harmonizing business processes in industrial companies or in the manufacturing industry

• Several years of experience in the design of global accounting standards & processes, New General Ledger and/or the Universal Journal, Parallel Accounting according to IFRS/HGB, Segment Reporting, New Asset Accounting, Credit Management & Cash Management, data migration in the SAP environment

• Strong methodological knowledge in project management

• Very good German and English skills, further foreign languages are an advantage

• Analytical and conceptual thinking, strong communication skills at all management levels in multicultural environments

• Willingness to travel, including occasional assignments abroad
