What will you do?

As a Senior Manager Retail & Products, you will help our clients in the Industrial, Logistics, Wholesale, and FMCG sectors to become (digital) frontrunners. You will guide them in making their strategies and propositions more customer-centric. Whether it's designing a new omnichannel strategy or developing an innovative delivery concept: you ensure that our clients transform and remain relevant.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams specializing in data & analytics, technology, organizational and digital transformation. You understand the strategic aspects of business change and know how to challenge others to think outside the box.

At IG&H, you will continuously learn in a supportive environment, thanks to the diversity of clients and issues. As a (senior) manager, you will lead client projects, work closely with senior stakeholders (often at C-level), and be given a lot of freedom and responsibility.

What do you bring?

• Completed university master's degree.

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience, including several years in strategy consulting or digital transformation projects.

• Strong management and communication skills; you know how to connect stakeholders and engage C-level clients.

• Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking.

• In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics; a relevant Industrial, Logistics and/or CPG network is desirable.

• You develop advanced business models and long-term strategies.

• Experience with commercial responsibility
