We’re building a centralised, performance-driven revenue engine and are looking for someone senior who can own it end-to-end . The Role (Read Carefully) This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our reservations & revenue team. As Senior Manager – Reservations & Revenue, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and profitability across our portfolio of properties. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of these strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and guest behavior to inform pricing decisions • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive bookings and revenue growth • Work closely with the operations team to optimize inventory management, yield management, and revenue optimization • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, guests, and partners • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and property owners • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing company in the vacation rental space • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Professional development opportunities • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in hospitality or vacation rentals, preferably in a senior management role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field • Certification in hospitality or tourism management is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite • Familiarity with property management software and revenue management systems is an asset
