Are you a talent expert who knows how to representatively establish an employer brand and attract top talent?

In our People Team, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process of the Sanoptis Group. You will manage the filling of our open positions in 6 European countries (DACH, Spain, Italy, Greece). You will develop and establish best practices to increase standardization and leverage synergies within our network. Together with us, you will establish Sanoptis as the employer of choice in the market.

The position is initially a fixed-term parental leave replacement for 18 months.

• Design and manage our recruiting processes: You will be responsible for all recruitment activities of the Sanoptis Group, including job descriptions, channel planning, active sourcing, candidate selection, and conducting initial interviews.
• Monitor and evaluate our metrics: You will manage and evaluate our KPI dashboards to monitor the performance of recruitment activities, deriving data and evidence-based actions.
• Manage our internal and external recruitment partners: You will manage partners such as job portals, headhunters, or recruitment agencies, review contracts, and negotiate prices to ensure we always have the best access to talent. You will also manage recruitment campaigns in close cooperation with our marketing team. Additionally, you will train HR managers at the clinics to improve their recruiting activities.
• Further develop recruiting with AI: You will monitor relevant AI trends and specifically use Claude to automate and optimize recruiting processes, and independently drive AI-based projects.
• Implement our employer brand strategy: You will strengthen the Sanoptis Employer Brand and continuously develop our external presence, particularly on LinkedIn, kununu, and other relevant platforms.

• Head of People Angelina Budes as your manager.
• The global People Team, which is divided into Recruiting, L&D, and People Business Partnering.
• Decision-makers such as Heads of Departments, C-Level Executives, and Hiring Managers when it comes to hiring top talent.
• Many other stakeholders throughout the company through hiring processes, training, and other recruiting measures that you lead.

• Several years of professional experience in recruiting or HR.
• Experience in international stakeholder management. Ideally, you have already worked in a private equity environment.
• Affinity for AI applications, especially Claude; practical experience with AI-supported recruiting processes and projects is a plus.
• Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Personio).
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills, and ideally experience in project management.
• Emotional intelligence, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at at least C1 level.
