Job description
Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead formulation and development of water-based polymeric emulsion binders (Acrylic, Styrene acrylic etc) and polyurethane dispersion (PUD), polymeric resins for coatings, packaging, construction, or other relevant industries. Design and execute experiments to evaluate polymer compositions, raw materials, and process conditions. Manage end-to-end R&D project lifecycle — from concept to scale-up and commercialization. Collaborate with production, quality, application, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the R&D team.
