Senior Manager Quality (m/f/d)

Hamburg-based EVP Group connects and coordinates the competencies & resources of medium-sized Consumer Health Care (CHC) companies with differentiated regional and indicative focuses. The core market of our strongly growing group is Europe, but we also distribute our products worldwide.

Within the group, we currently supply over 500 items across all regulatory categories (over-the-counter drugs, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics), covering common indications from colds to beauty, as well as all dosage forms from solid to liquid. We rely on high quality standards and innovative technologies and ingredients.

To support our team at the Leipzig or Hamburg location, we are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) on a full-time basis (40h/week).

• Technical leadership of a team to ensure GMP- and license-compliant manufacturing, testing, and release of medicinal products according to AMG and AMWHV, in collaboration with external qualified persons
• Technical leadership of and participation in projects in the field of medicinal products, particularly transfers of manufacturing operations
• Evaluation of PQRs including ongoing stability studies
• Processing and negotiation of responsibility delimitation agreements with suppliers and customers
• Communication with EVP's B2B customers on topics related to the quality of medicinal products
• Evaluation and assessment of complaints regarding the quality of medicinal products (interface to the external qualified person responsible for pharmacovigilance)
• Evaluation and assessment of deviations and ensuring an efficient change control system
• Participation in and execution of GMP audits, production support, and self-inspections, as well as supplier, authority, and customer audits (interface to QM)
• Coordination and participation in the creation of SOPs for describing process workflows
• Planning and follow-up of the medicinal products budget, creation or participation in corresponding business cases, price negotiations with Q service providers
• Participation in regular further training and continuing education

• Successfully completed scientific degree, e.g., in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology; a doctorate is an advantage
• Good knowledge and extensive practical experience in implementing legal requirements for the quality of medicinal products, e.g., in collaboration with qualified persons
• Practical experience in pharmaceutical production and/or quality control is advantageous
• Analytical, process- and solution-oriented thinking and action
• High motivation, hands-on mentality, willingness to shape, and goal orientation
• Independent, systematic, and structured way of working
• Very good organizational skills
• Experience in project management
• Good team and communication skills, stakeholder management, and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of all standard MS Office applications (e.g., Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Sharepoint)
