Your Responsibilities:

• Independent management of projects and sub-projects in the areas of process engineering, infrastructures, and laboratories from conception to implementation
• Leadership of project teams, internal and external
• Responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of investment projects and plant optimizations
• Concept, -, - and detailed engineering
• Schedule planning, cost control, construction supervision, and commissioning
• A project typically includes renovations and new constructions of pharmaceutical process plants

Your Profile:

• University of Applied Sciences/Higher Technical School degree or an adequate education, as well as solid experience in process engineering
• Several years of experience in the execution and management of investment projects
• Experience in the pharmaceutical environment (GMP knowledge)
• Experience in the ATEX area
• Experience in the API environment
• Independent, performance-oriented, and flexible personality
• Convincing with organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving oriented thinking and acting
• Commitment, empathy, and teamwork skills
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
