Senior Manager Product Management

Overview:

We're looking for a strategic and customer-focused Senior Manager of Product Management to lead digital initiatives that connect online and in-person experiences across entertainment, retail, and dining touchpoints. This role will oversee a team of Product Managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless, engaging digital experiences that drive growth and customer loyalty.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key digital products across web, mobile, and on-site platforms.

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers to ensure delivery of impactful, data-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to align business objectives with product outcomes.

• Analyze customer insights and performance metrics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.

• Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality digital experiences.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience with consumer-facing digital products (web, mobile, loyalty, or e-commerce).

• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, UX, and marketing.

• Background in agile development and data-informed decision-making.

• Passion for creating connected, customer-first digital experiences.
