Senior Manager - Process Development & NPI for Power Cable Assemblies

Job Overview TE Connectivity is seeking a SR MGR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING for DDN BU with location in Mexico. The SR MPDE Manager will lead a team of process development and automation engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for power cable assemblies and coordinating with the manufacturing engineering team on the transition to mass production. Responsibilities: Allocate and balance the work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; develop and implement process improvements; collaborate with cross-functional teams; ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements; manage budgets and resources; and make strategic decisions for the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, or a related field; strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles; experience with automation systems and programming languages such as Python, C++, or Visual Basic; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and leadership skills.
