Responsibilities Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure and Geospatial (SIG) division provides mission-critical and business-critical solutions to governments and service providers for smarter and safer communities, better public services, more reliable infrastructure, and improved resilience of vital services. Mentor and lead a dedicated team of solution architects throughout the region managing priorities, upskilling, succession planning and efficiency gains Provide business representation when involved in key customer meetings, sales pitches, and product demonstrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine pre-sales strategies, solutions, and architectures that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term success of the business. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation. Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the region, leveraging best practices and lessons learned from other teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation within the team, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and skill development. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
