Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced PR & Media Relations Senior Manager to build and strengthen DCS's corporate brand, executive visibility, and industry influence globally.

This role will focus on B2B brand positioning, executive thought leadership, media relations, and industry presence. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Director and Senior Management to establish DCS as a recognized leader in digital payments, stablecoin infrastructure, card issuing, and global financial services.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, Web3, technology, or B2B enterprise sectors, with a proven track record of securing media coverage, developing executive profiles, and driving industry thought leadership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Thought Leadership

Develop and elevate the public profile of DCS' leadership team, particularly the Group Chairman and senior executives, as recognized industry thought leaders.

Responsibilities include:

Develop key messaging frameworks for executives

Position executives as subject matter experts across payments, stablecoins, card issuing, and digital finance

Manage executive visibility across media, conferences, podcasts, and industry platforms

Prepare speaking points, media briefs, keynote materials, and interview content

Corporate Brand Positioning

Increase DCS visibility among target clients, partners, regulators, and investors.

Build strong relationships with regional and international media

Develop proactive media outreach programmes and coordinate media interviews and speaking opportunities

Draft press releases, media pitches and briefing materials

Develop high-quality B2B content including articles, opinion pieces, case studies and industry insights

Partner with business development, product and leadership teams to identify newsworthy stories

Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities to increase DCS Group's visibility

Industry Events

Research and evaluate industry conferences, trade shows and speaking opportunities

Support sponsorships, panel participation and executive appearances

Coordinate event messaging, media engagement and post-event communications

Marketing & Communications Support

Support the wider marketing team in executing integrated brand and communications initiatives across the Group, where needed.

Support corporate social media content planning and execution, particularly on LinkedIn

Assist with planning and execution of industry events, partner activations and sponsorships

Provide communications support for ad hoc strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives

Ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing and communications activities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines

5-8+ years of experience in corporate communications in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, technology, or Web3

Strong existing network of media contacts across regional and global business, finance and technology publications

Demonstrated track record of securing high-quality media coverage and executive interview opportunities

Proven experience supporting C-level executives

Exceptional English writing and storytelling capabilities

Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, to support communication with Mandarin-speaking media, partners and stakeholders
