What you will achieve:

• Strategic Development: You actively shape the strategic direction of performance marketing and, together with internal teams, develop innovative approaches for clients and new business projects. 
• New Business & Pitches: You coordinate pitch processes end-to-end, develop compelling cases and presentations, and confidently lead client meetings and presentations at various levels. 
• Project Management & Collaboration: As a central point of contact, you manage complex projects across teams and ensure structured, efficient collaboration between consulting, new business and expert teams. 
• Consulting & Sparring: You act as a strategic contact person for clients and internal stakeholders and bring cross-channel perspectives as well as innovative impulses to projects. 
• Method & Process Development: You question existing processes and further develop scalable structures and working methods to continuously improve collaboration and quality. 
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: You know how to present complex topics understandably, bring different interests together, and communicate confidently even in dynamic situations. 
• Quality & Development: You keep an eye on market trends, new developments, and best practices, and help establish future-proof solutions and strategies for clients. 

What distinguishes you:

• Solid Education: A completed degree or comparable qualification with a focus on marketing, media, business, communication, or digital media forms your foundation. 
• Experience in the digital marketing environment: You bring several years of experience in performance, digital, or media and have already successfully managed complex projects or client accounts. 
• Strategic Understanding: You think cross-channel, quickly recognize interrelationships, and can derive and present strategic recommendations in an audience-appropriate manner. 
• Strong Communication Skills: You convince with a confident demeanor, strong presentation skills, and a high degree of empathy in dealing with clients and teams. 
• Organizational Talent & Resilience: You maintain an overview even in dynamic project phases, prioritize confidently, and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner. 
• Collaboration Mindset: You enjoy working with different teams and personalities and see yourself as a connecting force within complex projects. 
• Analytical Understanding: Numbers, KPIs, and data-based decisions are familiar to you and support your strategic approach. 
• Language Skills: You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
