Our People Team is the backbone of the company: We manage a diverse workforce of commercial and administrative employees who ensure trains run, tickets are sold, and travelers arrive every day.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager:in People Operations who has a passion for real operational responsibility - in an environment that moves quickly and where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for and shape HR processes for our entire workforce: from train staff and commercial employees to corporate and tech colleagues.

You are someone who does not wait for the perfect starting situation, but just gets started. Tight deadlines do not make you nervous, they motivate you. And if you already have experience using KI tools to automate recurring HR tasks - all the better
