Senior Manager, People Business Partner - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Job Description Team Summary The Business Partner function within the People Team at Visa acts as a trusted advisor and business partner to members of the Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Island (AuNZPI) leadership team and operates as the expert on talent and organizational issues. We are a team of commercially focused individuals that translate business objectives to talent priorities. We are comfortable navigating challenging forces in the dynamic payments space and are able to operate in a fast-paced environment. The role will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice to the AuNZPI leadership team, developing and implementing HR initiatives to support business objectives, and partnering with the leadership team to drive business outcomes. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. The role will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a similar role, preferably in a payments or financial services industry. The role will be based in Sydney, Australia. The ideal candidate will be required to travel occasionally to other locations within the AuNZPI region.
