You want more than just reviewing numbers and driving our financial reporting forward? At our company, you will take responsibility for the entire external reporting of a capital market-oriented group: from monthly closing preparation to non-financial reporting according to CSRD. You will work at the interface between accounting, capital markets, and sustainability. With high self-responsibility and genuine design options.

You will master

• You prepare and coordinate the monthly individual and consolidated financial statements as well as external financial reporting in accordance with HGB and IFRS – quarterly reports, half-yearly report, and annual statement including
• The monitoring of the consolidation process and the allocation of purchase price allocations (PPAs) is in your hands
• You ensure compliance with capital market regulations (MAR, stock exchange listing requirements), steer reporting obligations towards the stock exchange and investors, and take responsibility for primary insider management
• You prepare the annual non-financial report according to NFRD/CSRD and EU taxonomy, which you will coordinate closely with sustainability management
• In addition, you will work on special projects, such as M&A transactions, refinancing or capital market projects

You bring

• Several years of professional experience in corporate accounting, auditing, or finance at an international company
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS; knowledge of CSRD/EU taxonomy or capital market regulations (MAR, Investor Relations) is a plus
• Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g. DATEV, SAP) as well as very good Excel skills
• Affinity for digitalization and process automation in the finance sector
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high degree of accuracy
• Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken), as you will communicate regularly with international auditors and investors
