Senior Manager (m/f/d) - Finance Excellence & Integration

As a Senior Manager (m/f/d) - Finance Integration, you will play a central role in building our group-wide Finance function. You will report to our VP Finance Operations and work closely with our Director FP&A, our CFO, and the managing directors of our subsidiaries, ensuring that group-wide Finance processes, standards, and projects are successfully implemented.

In doing so, you will strategically develop our Finance organization: You will coordinate Finance projects, support the integration of new companies, harmonize processes, and create the foundation for a scalable Finance platform. We need your support for this!

Our goal: to become one of the leading providers in the German-speaking market - supported by central functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT at the Berlin location.

Your Tasks

• Finance Integration & Project Management:

  • Management of the financial integration of new subsidiaries within the framework of our buy-and-build strategy.

  • Steering and coordination of group-wide Finance projects and integration initiatives.

  • Supporting our subsidiaries in the introduction and implementation of group-wide Finance processes, standards, and systems.

  • Tracking of measures, ensuring project progress, and active escalation management.

• Collaboration & Standardization:

  • Close collaboration with our VP Finance Operations, our Director FP&A, our CFO, as well as the managing directors and Finance teams of our subsidiaries.

  • Support in the introduction and further development of Finance standards, processes, and reporting structures.

  • Coordination between Group Accounting, Group Controlling / FP&A, and the local companies.

  • Identification and implementation of optimization potentials within our Finance landscape.

Your Entry Requirements

• What you bring:

  • Several years of professional experience in a Finance environment with a sound understanding of Accounting and/or Controlling processes.

  • Experience in managing cross-departmental projects and working with various stakeholders; experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Excellence, CFO Office, or Consulting is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for actively driving change and bringing together diverse interests.

  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as fluent German and good English skills; experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI) or in a PE-backed or high-growth company environment is an advantage.
