We consult hospitals comprehensively – from economic planning to medical strategy and business organization up to digitalization. Specifically, this includes accompanying restructuring measures, financial planning, and procurement management as well as process improvement and strategic location and performance planning against the backdrop of quality requirements. We also support our clients in building and master planning, as well as non-medical business organization – from logistics to infrastructure. And in the area of digitalization, we accompany the implementation of IT projects, including the development of IT architectures and digital strategies.

Aufgaben

• Krankenhaus im Fokus: You take on responsibility for challenging projects in the national and international hospital context from day one. You dive deep into complex issues, have content responsibility for well-founded analyses and their interpretation, link medical and economic connections, and develop innovative solutions together with your colleagues.
• Vielfalt im Berateralltag: Projects await you that not only require analytical skills but also have a real impact – on processes, structures, and patient care in the hospital landscape.
• Unterschiedliche Projektdimensionen: Our project landscape is extremely diverse, so both individual project responsibility and program leadership can fall within your scope of responsibility.
• Teamwork auf Augenhöhe: You work closely with colleagues as well as staff from nursing, medicine, and administration – and steer external partners as needed.

Qualifikation

• Führungserfahrung aus der Klinik: You have several years of experience in leadership positions in hospitals and know the internal structures, processes, and decision-making paths firsthand.
• Analytischer Blick: Numbers don't scare you – on the contrary: You work data-based, think structured, and analyze complex connections with ease.
• Erfahrung in Veränderung: You have accompanied or led change processes actively – whether as project leadership or management in transition.
• Verständnis für Governance: You move confidently in the world of committees, guidelines, and responsibilities – and know how hospitals are organized.
