VML Consulting is recruiting a Senior Manager MarTech – Sales oriented

As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Senior MarTech Manager capable of supporting our clients in the deployment, migration, or evolution of MarTech solutions, while playing an active role in business development.
Your mission
- Develop & drive the go-to-market strategy for our MarTech offerings
- Actively contribute to the synergy of Tech x Data x CX offerings
- Lead MarTech projects/programs with significant business impact, from strategy to deployment.
- Be a key player in pre-sales: qualifying client needs, building value propositions, defining architectures, cost estimation, and presentations.
- Own and embody the client relationship: build a relationship of trust with decision-makers and contribute to account development and retention (upsell, cross-sell).
- Build MarTech roadmaps: prioritization, business cases, ROI.
- Manage and develop teams of consultants, with a focus on performance and knowledge transfer.
Your profile
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a consulting firm or agency.
- Solid MarTech expertise: primarily Imagino, Adobe (Campaign, AEP,…), Salesforce (Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud), Reelevant, Braze, Bloomreach, loyalty solutions (Comarch, Maxxing, Talon.one,…) or equivalent.
- Dual tech & business culture, comfortable with CRM, CDP, data, and integration environments.
- Strong aptitude for commercial activities, pre-sales, and interactions with C-levels.
- Bring a network of Key Accounts.
- Fluent English.
