We are filling the position of Senior Manager Marketing & Business Development (m/w/d) at our client, a modern, internationally operating consulting firm.

The position will be filled directly by our client at their location in Frankfurt am Main.

Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of a clear, growth-oriented practice group strategy.
• Use of data and market information to derive strategic opportunities.
• Leadership of business development initiatives and go-to-market campaigns.
• Strategic further development of clients, including the creation and control of client plans.
• Regular portfolio analysis to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Monitoring of goals and KPIs to evaluate strategy and BD effectiveness.
• Promotion of cross-functional cooperation, cross-selling, and exchange of proven methods.
• Design of pricing strategies as well as support for complex tenders and pitches.
• Development of convincing offer, presentation, and submission documents, as well as collaboration with PR/event teams for client activities.

Qualifikation

• You have professional experience in an internationally operating consulting firm (Consulting, Tax, WP, Law Firm, PSF).
• You are eager to work in a team that really enjoys their job and is catapulting the consulting firm into new spheres.
• You roll up your sleeves and develop your own, new approaches.
• You possess fluent German and very good English skills.
