Salary: 150,000 -180,00K

About the role

As part of a well-established Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice, you'll help clients achieve their growth ambitions through mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings, debt advisory and financial modelling.
This Senior Manager role is ideal for an experienced M&A professional who thrives on client engagement and delivering pragmatic solutions during critical stages of a business lifecycle. You'll work closely with Partners in a flat, supportive structure that encourages autonomy, learning and career progression.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice on acquisitions, divestments, private equity transactions and capital raisings
  • Prepare financial models, valuations and transaction documentation
  • Manage transactions end-to-end, from initial discussions through to completion
  • Contribute to business development through proposals, relationship building and professional networking
Skills & experience
  • Degree and/or professional qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in M&A within a professional services environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with advanced financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
  • Solutions-focused problem-solving approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading teams and managing client relationships
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data visualisation experience or interest is advantageous)
