Job DescriptionEmployment Type ( Full/Part Time) : FullJob Description *(Unlimited Characters):Roles & ResponsibilitiesCandidate ProfilePerks & Benefits1) Legal guidance on real estate purchasing and selling activities.2) Verifying property history, and title with due diligence clearance.3) Drafting Agreement, Assignment Agreement, Conveyance Deed, Agreement for Sale, Allotment Letter, Letter of Cancellation, etc.4) Review and fill documents of Registration of Flat & Land.5) Property and Land Searching in all respect.6) Handling Civil matters and Customer queries relating to the property.7) Drafting of notice with various annexures of Consumer Court and handling of consumer cases.8) Preparation of Joint Development Agreement and Power of Attorney.*Specify up to 3 critical skills as & "must-haves" by star-marking them.
