This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned L&OD practitioner to shape the future of learning and organisational effectiveness for a sizeable workforce. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of L&OD, you will lead and drive the charge in reimagining how the organization approaches learning and development, with a focus on creating a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives, as well as providing thought leadership and guidance to stakeholders across the organization. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. In addition, you will need to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in L&OD, and be able to apply this knowledge to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in L&OD, with experience in developing and implementing learning strategies that drive business outcomes. You should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
