(Senior) Manager IT-Strategy Consulting - Defense & Security (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Building, maintaining, and actively developing customer relationships in the defense and security industry.
• Developing and implementing market access and growth strategies in the Defense sector.
• Responsibility for complex IT strategy and transformation projects at security-critical organizations.
• Counseling on topics such as cloud strategies, IT security, cyber security, IT sourcing, and operating models.
• Steering projects at senior management and C-level.
• Fostering, coaching, and developing consulting teams.
• Participation in bid processes, business development, and thought leadership in the Defense context.

Qualification

• Multiple years of project experience in IT or management consulting, ideally with a focus on defense/public sector/safety-critical industries.
• Demonstrable market access and network in the defense or security industry.
• Fundamental professional knowledge in topics such as cloud strategy/governance, IT & cyber security, or IT sourcing/provider management.
• Excellent consulting skills, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial action.
• Experience in leading teams and projects.
• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Travel readiness.
