(Senior) Manager IT-Strategy & Sourcing (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You advise companies on the development and implementation of their IT strategy
• You define and advise our clients in their IT sourcing activities (outsourcing, cloud, multi-vendor/provider management)
• You analyze IT areas regarding outsourceable components and identify areas that should be internalized as core competencies
• You define target architectures and the Target Operating Model (TOM)
• You accompany and lead the design of the target architecture, the selection of providers, and the transition and transformation
• You conduct market analyses, steer supplier selection, accompany the selection of IT service providers for our clients, and support in contract negotiations
• As project leader: you steer your own client projects independently, take on topics that interest you particularly, develop focal points, and continuously build your knowledge
• You also build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and partners and are actively involved in expanding our customer portfolio and winning new clients

Qualification

• Long-standing relevant professional and project experience, e.g., in IT strategy consulting, as well as experience in leading and/or disciplining smaller project teams
• Experience in project leadership and management in the context of IT strategy and IT sourcing
• Knowledge in the IT areas infrastructure, cloud, application management, and IT security, as well as ITIL and SIAM
• A successful degree in (business) informatics or a comparable study program
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and presentation techniques
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
• Travel readiness
