MGRP is a top management consulting boutique for IT strategy and sourcing.

Tasks

  • You advise companies on the development and implementation of their IT strategy and lead challenging projects in the field of cloud transformation.
  • You develop individual cloud strategies and vision statements together with customers, and accompany their implementation: from strategic alignment to implementation.
  • You support the selection of suitable cloud services and technologies, taking into account governance, security, compliance, and cost management.
  • You identify potential for the use of artificial intelligence and GenAI in the cloud environment and develop AI-supported solutions together with customers.
  • You conduct market analyses, steer the selection of cloud providers and IT service providers, and accompany contract negotiations as well as the definition of service-level agreements.
  • As project leader: you steer our customer projects independently, take on topics that interest you particularly, develop focal points, and continuously build your knowledge.
  • You also build and maintain trusting relationships with customers and partners and are actively involved in expanding our customer portfolio and winning new customers.

Qualification

  • Long-standing relevant professional and project experience, e.g., in IT strategy consulting as well as experience in leading (smaller) project teams.
  • Experience in project leadership and management in the field of IT strategy with a focus on cloud technologies and AI-driven solutions.
  • Fundamental knowledge in the areas of cloud architectures, migration, governance, security, compliance, and cost management.
  • SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable program.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation techniques.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.

  • Flexible working hours and a 4.5-day week for the perfect work-life balance.
  • Best home office equipment.
  • Ongoing training and further education, as well as a 360-degree feedback culture.
  • Mentorship program for a perfect start and support in personal development.
