(Senior) Manager Investor Relations (w/m/d)

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to join our team at IONOS, the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting solutions. You will work closely with various teams to shape our positioning on the capital market and further develop the investor relations department.

Responsibilities

You have the opportunity to significantly influence our corporate analysis and further build up the investor relations department.

• Main point of contact for the capital market (analysts and investors).
• Preparation of company analyses.
• Presentation of the company's quarterly and annual reports, as well as IR presentations for roadshows and conferences.
• Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
• Responsibility for all mandatory publications of IONOS Group SE.
• Development of the equity story.
• Communication with all IR stakeholders - especially dialogues with analysts and investors.
• Organization and implementation of roadshows, conference appearances, conference calls, annual meetings or capital markets days.
• Maintenance and development of the IR database, coordination of IR appointments, investor targeting.
• Interface function to other departments, such as controlling, accounting, public relations, product management.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Fundamental knowledge of financial reporting, good knowledge of the accounting of listed companies and basic knowledge of relevant statutory provisions and compliance requirements.
• High engagement and initiative, as well as stress tolerance.
• Teamwork skills, organizational talent, confident appearance and communicative flair.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ideal knowledge of common investor relations information systems (CRM, market data).
• High willingness to travel.
