What You'll Do: As a Senior Manager- HRBP, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR professionals who are passionate about making a difference. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals. • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs that drive business results. • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, talent development, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and apply this knowledge to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives. What We're Looking For: • 8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
