Senior Manager HR Strategie & Programme (m/w/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for steering central HR initiatives at FlixTrain, one of the fastest-growing railway companies in Europe. You will work at the interface between a dynamic growth environment and the regulatory requirements of the railway industry. You will coordinate several HR projects simultaneously and ensure that structures, processes, and governance support the further development of FlixTrain in a sustainable way. You will work closely with the Head of HR FlixTrain and be involved in central decisions – with direct cooperation with the Senior Management and short decision-making paths. **About the role** **Programm- und Projektmanagement**

• Steering and shaping an HR program with multiple parallel projects
• Definition of target images, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies
• Prioritization of initiatives, resource, and risk management

**Weiterentwicklung von HR-Strukturen und Governance**

• Development of scalable HR structures for a growing railway company
• Clearing of roles, responsibilities, and interfaces
• Consideration of railway-specific regulatory requirements and tariff structures

**Strategische Analysen und Entscheidungsunterstützung**

• Deduction of concrete action options from data, scenarios, and business requirements
• Preliminary preparation of decision-making grounds for the Head of HR and management
• Support of workforce planning for operational functions like train drivers and personnel in a 24/7 operating environment

**Steuerung komplexer HR-Themen**

• Coordination of topics along the entire employee lifecycle
• Consideration of legal, regulatory, and tariff framework conditions of the railway industry

**Zusammenarbeit mit HR und Business**

• Coordination of various stakeholders from HR functions and operational areas
• Collaboration with FlixTrain leadership to align HR initiatives with growth and network plans
• Mediating between strategic requirements and operational implementation

**About You**

• At least 5 years of experience in project or program management in complex or growth-oriented organizations
• Experience in strategy consulting, mobility, logistics, or infrastructure is a plus
• Outstanding analytical skills and structured working style
• Experience in collaboration with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them forward
• Basic understanding of organizational and HR structures (HR experience is beneficial, but not a must)
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
