Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

Based in Singapore, ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community, including Pathlight School. Pathlight School is the first autism-focused school in Singapore to offer the national curriculum together with life readiness skills. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organisation's mission and goals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies to achieve organisational objectives; • Providing HR guidance and support to management and employees; • Conducting needs assessments and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave records. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in an HR role. A Master's degree is preferred. Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is also desirable.
