As a Senior Engineering Manager on the Prisma AIRS Red Teaming team, you will lead a talented, multi-disciplinary team of backend, frontend, and DevOps engineers. This is a critical leadership role where you will blend deep technical expertise with strategic people management to guide the development of an industry-defining AI security product. You will be responsible for reviewing code and architecture documents, ensuring that we maintain high standards for quality and scalability. • Lead and Inspire: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing, full-stack engineering team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Drive Execution: Manage the team’s work and progress, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and capabilities for the Prisma AIRS Red Teaming product.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Guide the team in designing and evaluating robust, scalable architecture. Apply your hands-on experience to review code, technical designs, and contribute to complex features.
• Collaborate Across Boundaries: Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, design, and other engineering teams, to define roadmaps and deliver cohesive solutions.
