For a global leader with operations in Basel and Zurich, we are looking for a Data Architect Manager in AI & Data to drive their next growth phase Responsibilities - Lead the design of enterprise data architectures, including modernization of complex system landscapes (MDM, CRM, ERP, Cloud DWH) - Architect and oversee implementation of scalable cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake) including data modelling, pipelines, and DevOps - Design integrated solutions connecting data platforms with AI/GenAI, MDM, and CRM systems - Guide and mentor teams, set best practices, and ensure high coding quality standards - Represent the architecture practice in client engagements, events, and partner discussions to strengthen market positioning - Develop internal expertise and capabilities across Switzerland and global delivery teams Requirements - 4+ years experience as a Data Architect with prior hands-on data engineering implementation on major cloud platforms - Proven ability to make and influence strategic data architecture decisions with senior business and IT stakeholders - Strong skills in data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical, dimensional, Data Vault) and modern architectures (Lakehouse, Medallion, event-driven) - Expertise in integration design from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, APIs, databases) and familiarity with ETL/ELT tools - Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills, with experience managing and coaching teams - Fluent in English; German highly preferred Are you interested in this opportunity?
