Senior Manager, Credit and Portfolio Solutions, SME Banking

Small Business credit solutions comprise of medium‑term program lending products such as Business Instalment Loans (BIL) and Guaranteed Instalment Loans (GIL), as well as long‑term products such as Loan Against Property (LAP) and Commercial Mortgages (CM). This portfolio includes a range of financial products that cater to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing credit and portfolio solutions for SME Banking, working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including business leaders, risk managers, and product specialists. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver credit and portfolio solutions that meet the needs of SMEs. • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability. • Managing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of credit and portfolio solutions. • Providing thought leadership and expertise in credit and portfolio management to stakeholders across the organization. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business or economics. • At least 8 years of experience in credit risk management, portfolio management or a related field. • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and regulations. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
