Senior Manager- Contracts

Key purpose of the job: Be the regional contracts team member for the assigned project, based out of site office, responsible for effective vendor management, contracting and contract life cycle administration at both Strategic and Tactical level across all projects in the region. Strategy Develop contracting strategy for each project in the region considering different project delivery strategies, scope-packaging options, contracting models and compensation strategies for most effective delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of contracts and vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration with overall business objectives. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Provide guidance and support to project managers and other stakeholders on contracting matters. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the company's interests are protected. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract administration, including vendor performance, contract compliance, and cost savings.
