Kijimea – From Research. For Your Life. Since our founding in 2011, we have pursued a clear vision: We want to specifically harness the potential of the microbiota (bacteria) in our gut for a longer and healthier life - for all people.

We achieved a first major milestone as early as 2013 with the discovery and clinical research of the unique bacterial strain B. bifidum MIMBb75 (Kijimea Irritable Bowel Syndrome). Since then, we have been able to noticeably improve the lives of millions of patients with irritable bowel syndrome worldwide. Today, B. bifidum MIMBb75 is one of the most researched bacterial strains in the world. Its effectiveness and unique mechanism of action have been proven and published in numerous clinical studies – including in renowned specialist journals such as The Lancet.

We work with leading research institutions such as Charité Berlin to investigate the connections between the microbiota (bacteria in our gut) and allergies, skin diseases, and mental disorders. In short: we are investigating how the bacteria in our gut influence a longer and healthier life.

Your Mission with Us

Do you want to develop high-quality content for one of Europe's leading health brands in one of Europe's fastest-growing healthcare companies? Then you're in the right place with us!

We are looking for a Senior Manager Content Marketing (m/f/d) with a focus on text and multimedia, starting immediately, who will create content for our Kijimea brand across multiple channels – from website and advertorial texts to newsletters and social media. Help us make the Kijimea brand – already one of the world's leading probiotic brands – even more successful through targeted content.

Your Tasks

• You will create high-quality texts for various platforms and channels, such as the website, content platforms, shop, and email newsletters, using our AI tools for efficient work.

• You are responsible for researching studies, topics, trends, and relevant information to create well-founded and up-to-date content.

• Image research and image generation are also part of your responsibilities.

• You will create high-reach content (images + video) for our social media channels.

• You will work cross-departmentally with teams such as graphics, online marketing, and product management, coordinating content publications.

• You will monitor and analyze performance to gain insights and evaluate the success of campaigns.

• Maintaining and further developing our AI tools as well as the communication guidelines will round off your tasks.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a university degree or vocational training, preferably with a focus on communication.

• You have several years of professional experience in content marketing, editorial work, or PR, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry.

• You have an interest in (scientific) health topics and a quick grasp of new concepts.

• You have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their trends.

• You speak and write German at a native level (spelling, grammar, citation style); linguistic fluency and a confident style are a matter of course for you.

• You possess very good research and analytical skills (image and text).

• You are open to further developing your own skills in content and text.
