As a Senior Manager, Compliance, you will be responsible for leading the compliance function within ESR's Asia-Pacific region, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role is critical in maintaining the company's reputation and ensuring the integrity of our operations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance; • Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance matters; • Conducting regular audits and monitoring activities to identify and address potential compliance issues; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
