(Senior) Manager Business Value Chain

As a (Senior) Manager in our Production & Operations Team, you will play a central role in expanding our business, developing strategic customer relationships, and leading demanding transformation programs. You will work closely with C-level executives, identify new business opportunities, develop innovative solution approaches, and support our clients in making sustainable operational and strategic improvements. In addition to leading project teams and successfully implementing client projects, you will contribute significantly to the further development of our market position, the expansion of key accounts, and the continued growth of our Production & Operations Consulting division.

Your Tasks

• You advise executives on strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• You develop and deepen long-term customer relationships, expand key accounts, and drive business development activities
• You are responsible for creating proposals and supporting the acquisition of new consulting projects
• You develop Target Operating Models, transformation strategies, and implementation roadmaps
• You lead complex transformation, reorganization, cost optimization, and operational excellence programs
• You advise clients on issues in the areas of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Network Optimization, and Operations Strategy
• You lead interdisciplinary project teams and ensure successful project implementation and sustainable customer success
• You coach and develop consulting teams and actively contribute to the expansion of our Production & Operations Team

Are you analytical, communicative, and enjoy working in a team? In addition to a high degree of initiative and a strong hands-on mentality, you are characterized by the following qualifications:

• 7 to 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting with responsibility for complex transformation programs, client projects, and business development activities
• Successfully completed studies in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study
• In-depth expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operational Transformation
• Demonstrated success in building strategic customer relationships, developing key accounts, and acquiring new business opportunities
• Extensive experience in leading complex transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong stakeholder, communication, and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels up to top management
• Experience in leading, developing, and fostering consulting teams
