Job Tittle: Senior Manager - Business Transformation Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to enable and support project delivery through the capture and analysis of user and business needs, ensuring project outcomes are aligned with the service vision and business strategy. Key Accountabilities The purpose of this role is to lead a defined set of interdependent projects to ensure successful delivery of the required outcomes. Analysis and Requirements Definition: Utilise a range of tools and techniques to capture and analyse user and business needs, ensuring that project requirements are well-defined and aligned with the service vision and business strategy. Project Delivery: Lead and manage a team of project managers and subject matter experts to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and end-users, to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed throughout the project lifecycle. Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans and materials to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. Project Governance: Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the service vision and business strategy, and that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes as necessary to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery process.
