Senior Manager, Building Enhancement Team (3 Years Contract)

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Planning - Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines after discussion with Business Units (BU).
2. Consultants' Management: Assemble and lead the appointed consultant team, including interior designer, architect and engineers.
3. Budget Management: Create and manage the project budget and ensure project cost is within budget.
4. Schedule Management: Ensure milestones are met and project are on schedule.
5. Design and Engineering: Advice on mechanical design of A&A works of other projects within the BET team.
6. Communication - Continuous reporting to BU on the project progress, costs and raise any potential concerns within the project.
7. Documentation - Maintain proper project documentation.
8. Problem Solve, address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during the projects.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Building or Engineering or any other relevant disciplines
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
3. Strong technical skills and knowledge in running A&A projects, as well as strong knowledge in ME services
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Suites
