Senior Management Consultant SAP S/4 Transition, KI & Joule

You will work on forward-looking projects for our clients, where we drive Digitalization – often connected with the introduction of modern SAP systems (S/4HANA), to reshape their business processes. Aufgaben

As Senior Management Consultant, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of end-to-end S/4HANA projects and integrate intelligent technologies actively:

• Total responsibility for planning, steering, and successful implementation of complex SAP S/4HANA projects (budget, timeline, resource management).
• Focus on innovation: Conceptualization and implementation of the KI strategy within S/4HANA transformations.
• Joule Integration: You will be responsible for introducing, adapting, and scaling the SAP Copilot Joule to increase process efficiency and user experience at our customers.
• Führung und Koordination of interdisciplinary and international project teams as well as efficient stakeholder management on a corporate level.
• Application of SAP Activate Methodology and conducting all phases (Fit-to-Standard, Migration, Go-Live).
• Aktive Mit-Anpacken bei technischen, prozessualen und architektonischen Herausforderungen.

Qualifikation

To be successful in this forward-looking role, you bring the following expertise:

• Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung in strategic project and team leadership (Senior/Principal Level) in a corporate environment.
• Nachgewiesene Expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformations and fundamental understanding of the SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Technologisches Alleinstellungsmerkmal: You possess current knowledge and experience in the application of Artificial Intelligence (KI) in the SAP context and ideally have first-hand practical experience with the SAP Copilot Joule.
• Technischer Background: Fundamentally technological skills that enable you to understand and control the KI architecture and technical integration issues.
• You are visionary, communicative, and have the ability to translate technological complexity into clear strategic recommendations for top management.
