You are the central point of contact between the automated and manual processes in the Fulfilment Center, the operational teams, your Maintenance Team (consisting of technicians and engineers) and ensure stable operation, efficient troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of the system landscape.
What awaits you

- Interface to Operational Business: Work closely with the operational teams in the hybrid Fulfilment Center and ensure that automated and manual processes mesh smoothly.
- Use Data for Improvement: Further develop our maintenance strategy together with our analysts - with the goal of minimizing downtimes, optimizing preventive maintenance, and making data-driven decisions.
- Manage Contracts & Performance: Be responsible for contracts, key performance indicators, and budgets - including with external partners.
- Solve and Prevent Problems: Analyze major disruptions, identify their causes, and develop sustainable solutions. Plan inspections and preventive maintenance measures based on guidelines and system data.
- Create Structures for the Future: Support the setup of a scalable maintenance organization and advise colleagues at other locations on building new Maintenance Teams.

- Completed vocational training, further training as a master craftsman or technician, and/or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics, automation)
- 8+ years of professional experience in a maintenance-related environment or technical project experience in the field of intralogistics (e.g., conveyor technology, AGVs, robotics)
- As a team player, you know how to motivate and hold a team together and ideally have 3-4 years of experience in this area
- You have a knack for quickly grasping numerical information and identify problems before they arise
- You can translate your ideas into successful projects with your hands-on mentality and lead by example
- Fluent German and very good English skills
What you can look forward to
- Individual Mobility: You will receive a company car (also for private use) and can also use our "Lease-a-Bike" program.
- Time to Recharge: With 30 days of vacation per year (for a 40-hour week in shift work), you ensure the perfect balance between work and rest.
- Food for Winners: We take care of you. Enjoy a fresh, free breakfast and lunch or dinner in our Fulfilment Center every day, plus plenty of snacks and fruit for an energy boost in between.
- The Basics: We provide you with everything for your success - including a laptop and mobile phone, as well as access to exclusive employee discounts (Corporate Benefits) for travel, technology, and much more.
- Get Started - With Us: Become part of our international team in an environment that promotes real growth and an "Act like an Owner" mentality. With us, you have the opportunity to drive projects independently, test new ideas, and directly experience how your work makes an impact in our fast-growing company.
