Senior Machine Learning Researcher

Deep Origin is a biotechnology company accelerating drug discovery through AI-powered tools. Our platforms simplify R&D, simulate biology, and empower scientists to solve diseases and extend healthspan. We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer with experience in creating predictive models, particularly in the biology space. You will help to create ML-based representations of specific biological systems, as well as take part in tuning and optimization of larger composite models, with the goal of developing novel biomarkers and diagnostic tools that can be used to identify diseases at an early stage. This role requires a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and computational biology, as well as experience working with large datasets and high-performance computing environments. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our team of experts in AI, computer vision, and bioinformatics to develop innovative solutions for disease diagnosis and treatment. In addition, you will be responsible for mentoring junior researchers and engineers, contributing to the development of new research directions, and participating in the review process for publications and patents.
