Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines.
• BUILD distributed systems and microservices in Python with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Automate data flows and model training with Apache Airflow.
• Deploy models to production and manage experiments with MLflow (desirable).
• Process large volumes of data with Spark and Pandas.
• Apply statistical models, time series, and optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to integrate ML solutions.
• Generate data visualizations with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
• Communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Work with real-time flows using Kafka.
• Participate in initiatives related to credit risk and fraud.
• Use cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.

Requirements

• Experience:Licenciatura in fields like Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ML
• Experience in developing pipelines and microservices.

Tech Skills:

• ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Databases: SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Data Processing: Spark, Pandas.
• MLOps: MLflow (desirable).
• Orchestration: Apache Airflow.
• Real-time: Kafka.
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Cloud: Azure.
• Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik.
