Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Senior Machine Learning Engineer Location - Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore Experience - 10 to 15 years This is a strongly hands-on Individual Contributor role — we are specifically looking for engineers who actively design, build, deploy, and scale AI/ML systems in production environments. While candidates may currently hold Lead/Manager titles, the expectation is deep technical ownership rather than people management or task distribution responsibilities. Preferred Domain Experience We strongly prefer experience in one or more of the following domains: Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Time Series Analysis, Recommendation Systems, Graph Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Transfer Learning, and/or Generative Models. Key Responsibilities Design, build, deploy, and scale AI/ML systems in production environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into larger software systems Develop and maintain high-quality, well-documented code Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI/ML systems Troubleshoot and debug complex AI/ML systems Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and automation Requirements 10-15 years of experience in designing, building, deploying, and scaling AI/ML systems Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, Julia, or MATLAB Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Caffe Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases Knowledge of cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or IBM Cloud Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Access to cutting-edge technology and tools
