Senior Machine Engineer

A company with over 70 employees and operating in the Automotive sector has entrusted us with the task of finding a person interested in taking on the role of Senior Machine Engineer at our Nardò location, with direct hire for an indefinite period. The job requires:

• Gestione delle attività di testing, con attività di debugging e reporting giornaliero
• Gestione accumuli chilometrici, nel rispetto della panificazione aziendale
• Gestione attività e turni di lavoro del personale assegnato - collaudatori e meccanici

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Possess a degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the Technical/Testing/Affidability area at companies in the Automotive sector
• Have at least 2 years of experience in management roles
• Knowledge of software such as Dianalyzer, Cangraph, Inca or equivalents
• Familiarity with Infotainment (Adas) systems
• Understanding of diagnostic and testing of electrical systems
• Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS)
• Knowledge of vehicle architectures for electric and hybrid vehicles
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (Can, Lin)

The job also requires being available to work a full-time schedule from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

The employment contract will be based on the Metalmeccanica Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) and will include a salary commensurate with experience and skills already acquired. The compensation package also includes daily meal vouchers worth €5.00.
